FAQ — Sponsorship & Festival Questions | Leckie Entertainment

Question 1

What sponsorship tiers are available for Elvis Festival 2027?

Accepted Answer

We offer six tiers: Full Festival Sponsor, Titanium, Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each tier provides a different level of brand exposure across stage, media, digital channels, and festival collateral. Full details and a tailored prospectus are provided upon enquiry.

Question 2

How many sponsorship packages are available at each tier?

Accepted Answer

Packages are strictly limited at every tier to protect the exclusivity and value of each sponsor's investment. We recommend submitting an expression of interest early to secure your preferred tier.

Question 3

Can I upgrade my sponsorship tier after signing?

Accepted Answer

Subject to availability, tier upgrades can be arranged prior to the festival. Please contact our sponsorship team as early as possible if you wish to explore an upgrade.

Question 4

Do you offer custom or bespoke sponsorship packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For businesses with specific marketing objectives or unique requirements, we can discuss tailored arrangements outside the standard tiers. Reach out via the sponsorship enquiry form and note your requirements.

Question 5

How do I apply to become a sponsor?

Accepted Answer

Complete the Sponsorship Enquiry form on our Sponsorship page. Our team will review your submission and respond with a personalised prospectus, pricing, and next steps — typically within 3–5 business days.

Question 6

What information do I need to provide in my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

We ask for your business name, contact name, email address, preferred sponsorship tier, and optionally your business address and phone number. The more context you can provide about your marketing goals, the better we can tailor your prospectus.

Question 7

When is the deadline to submit a sponsorship enquiry?

Accepted Answer

We encourage early expressions of interest as packages are limited and fill quickly. While we will accept enquiries up until a set cut-off date closer to the festival, early applicants receive priority consideration and the widest choice of tiers.

Question 8

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an acknowledgement by email. A member of our sponsorship team will then follow up with a personalised prospectus outlining inclusions, investment levels, and contract terms. There is no obligation at the enquiry stage.

Question 9

What services does Leckie Entertainment provide beyond sponsorship?

Accepted Answer

Leckie Entertainment specialises in full-scale Elvis festival design and production, event promotion, and live entertainment programming. We handle everything from concept and staging through to talent booking, marketing, and on-the-day operations.

Question 10

Where and when is Elvis Festival 2027 held?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer
